API offers Tester Cards, Development Cards, and Flight Cards to meet a variety of system requirements.
API's Tester Cards have two independent dual redundant channels, PCI and PXi plug and play interactive menus for Windows 95/98/NT/2000, extensive run time library, 1024 data tables and messages, extensive error injection which includes Glitch Simulation, and 32 bit time tag. API’s products also feature a parameter monitor for graphical data analysis and a communication reconstructor for replay of monitored messages.
API’s state-of-the-art Development Cards can be used as a software development tool for NHi terminals or for Bus simulation and testing. When used as a software development tool, application software can be created faster and more efficiently. The cards utilize MIL-STD-1553 and multi protocol with PCI Interface and dual redundant multi protocol BC/RT/MT with integral PCI slave interface and has 1553B Notice I & II, STANGAN 3838, 1760, 3818, and EFA. Other features include: 64K x 16 Shared RAM, Programmable BC Gap Times, Synchronous and Asynchronous BC Frames and Messages, BC Frame Auto-Repeat, Enhanced RT & BC Data Buffering, RT Separate Broadcast Data Tables, Monitor Command Filtering, Simultaneous RT/Monitor, Programmable Interrupts, Switch Selectable Interrupt Levels, Windows GUI Flight Deck Software and C++ Run Time Library. API’s line of Development Cards also offers low power consumption and is a low cost solution for 1553B protocol based testing.
API is a leader in the development of Flight Cards for military use. Our cards have up to 4 Independent Enhanced Redundant Terminals with posted read and writes and each terminal operates as: BC, RT, MT, MT/RT. Other features include: Military and industrial temperature ranges, 33 MHz/ 66MHz PCI compliant interface, ‘C++’ run time libraries, and 3.3V logic with 5V transceivers. Our Flight Cards are 1553 and 1760 capable.
