 API Technologies Two Line, Two Stage Power FiltersORLANDO, Fla. – August 4, 2015 - API Technologies Corp. (NASDAQ:ATNY) ("API" or the "Company"), a leading provider of high performance RF, microwave, millimeterwave, and power solutions , today announced the expansion of its EMI/EMC power filter family to include two line, two stage power filters for use in ground-current-sensitive applications.

The API power filters feature a rated voltage of 250(50/60Hz) making them well-suited for medical, industrial, and gaming systems that requires very high noise attenuation. The products are also an ideal choice for use in test and measurement instrumentation.

Operating temperature is -40°C to +85°C and includes a temperature rise maximum of 45°C at the rated current. Withstanding voltage is 4000V AC or 1500V AC for one minute between line and ground and 1800V DC for one minute between line and line. Insulation resistance is 300Ω minimum at 500V DC between line and ground. They UL-tested and Semko approved and carry the Chinese, Korean and European markings.
