API Technologies’ Wesson Facility Recognized as “Corporate Business of the Year” from the Chamber of Commerce

ORLANDO, FL – May 3, 2012 – API Technologies Corp. (NASDAQ:ATNY) (“API”, “API Technologies”, or the “Company”), a provider of electronic systems, subsystems, RF, and secure solutions for the defense, aerospace, and commercial industries, today announced that its manufacturing facility in Wesson, Mississippi was awarded “Corporate Business of the Year” by the Wesson Chamber of Commerce in Copiah County, Mississippi.
