More standard and custom products including high temperature

ORLANDO, Fla.– June 1, 2015 – API Technologies Corp. (NASDAQ:ATNY), a leading provider of high performance RF, microwave, millimeterwave, power, and security solutions, expands its cabling capabilities with standard and custom cables ranging from -60˚C to 538˚C and from 1100MCM to #40 AWG. These cables are ideally suited for the industrial, medical, military, and transit industries.

These cables offer a wide array of QPL approved part numbers and their effective non-QPL equivalents. The standard products include RG Style, MIL-C-17(equivalents available), MIL-W-22759, MIL-W-16878, and MIL-C-27500. Designs are available from a single insulated wire or coax to more than 100 conductor designs and composite/hybrid cables.

Financial Results for the Quarter Ended February 28, 2015

API Technologies reported fiscal first quarter revenue of $50.9 million.

For the fiscal first quarter of 2015, GAAP gross margin as a percentage of sales was 25.5%; non-GAAP gross margin was 26.6%.

The Company posted a net loss of $2.2 million for the fiscal first quarter. Adjusted EBITDA for the fiscal first quarter was $6.0 million or 11.9% of revenue.
