ORLANDO, FL and GLOUCESTER, England — February 21, 2012 — API Technologies Corp. (NASDAQ:ATNY) (“API” or the “Company”), a provider of electronic systems, subsystems, RF, and secure systems for defense, aerospace, and commercial applications, announced today that its Hawki™ Video Aiming Device was named a Finalist in the Improvised Explosive Disposal Devices (IEDD) Category at the CTSS Awards 2012. The CTSS Awards Gala takes place during the Counter Terror Expo 2012 on April 25th in London.
